Sea World

Yes, I'm still trying to catch up with blog posts... so here is another one from the beginning of June.

Let's go to Sea World!  WooHoo!
Honey, took us all to San Antonio to go to Sea World the first week of June.  We had such a great time!  It was just the kids, me and Honey!

The car ride was loooong, but we survived!
First night snuggles :)
We stayed at the Hilton Hill Country Hotel and it was great!  I would recommend it to everyone.  It wasn't to expensive and it had great pools for all ages!  The kids loved the kiddie pool.  The room was really nice and at night you could go outside to watch a movie and make smores!  It was a lot of fun!

Ready for Sea World fun!!
We had really great weather!  It wasn't to hot and it wasn't very crowded!

Our first show was a funny one! :)

Maggie with her seal!

Watching the seals

Waiting for the Azul Show! This was my favorite!!

Maggie and Honey watching the show!

My favorite... the Beluga Whales

After the show it was time for some lunch...

Lunch with Shamu!!

This was such an awesome lunch!  The whales were right there beside us!  Hunter and Maggie both loved watching the whales!  It was really neat!  I will say the food wasn't so good!  I think the only thing Maggie ate was a cookie, but the whales were amazing!!

The Shamu family!  By the way... Shamu is their last name. :)

After lunch it was time to see Shamu perform!

I think this was Hunter's favorite show!
After this show, Honey took Archer back to the hotel for a nap.  Hunter, Maggie and I stayed to have more fun!

I have no idea who this charter is... we don't watch sesame street, but we got a picture anyway! :)

Here we are at the end of the day waiting for the hotel van to pick us up and take us back to the hotel.
Once we were back we went out for some dinner then out to the pool for some fun in the water.  Archer was still pretty tired so he went on to bed with me and Hunter, Maggie and Honey went out to watch a movie and eat smores.  They had a great time!

The next day it was time to head home, but we had one more stop to make.

You can't go to San Antonio without a trip to the Alamo!
Hunter was so excited!!
This is one of Hunter's absolute favorite movies!  He LOVES it!!
But he didn't realize until we were at the Alamo that Davy died while fight there.  If you can remember, in the movie it ends with Davy using his gun to fight off the soldiers.  It never shows him die.  So Hunter was super surprised to hear that Davy did die at the Alamo.

The line in the sand...

Hunter in front of Davy Crockett, king of the wild frontier!
We did make one more stop on our long trip home... Pottery Barn Outlet!  Oh Pottery Barn, would you please come to Wichita, KS?? :)

We had such a great trip!  Thank you so much, Honey for taking us!! We had a blast!
