It's my favorite day of the week... Friday!!! WooHoo!!  

Here's a peek at our week...

Getting my run in before...

Lots of basketball games this week, starting on Saturday!  More to come this weekend and next week!  Go Cowboys! 

Just me and my sweet girl at church on Sunday.  Daddy was still trying to get over strep and Archer was coughing a lot, so the boys were at home. 

3 cute kids watching Disney Jr. on Monday morning!  Love them!!!

Ben had dreamed that the washer caught on fire... well it did smell like smoke on Monday.  So thankful we were able to get it fixed for $75 and have it back on the same day!!  God is good!!!  

Always excited to be outside!!!  Playing Tuesday afternoon after school! 

Nice run before the sun goes down on Tuesday.  Tuesdays and Thursdays are my hardest days to run.  I'm always so tired after working all day, but it always feels so, so good to get my run in!!!

Work it...

Okay, so this was too funny not to blog about! 

So as you know Hunter is OBSESSED with football... namely the Texans and his favorite player, JJ Watt.  Well Ben was off yesterday and I think they watched a short workout video featuring Mr. Watt on youtube or something.  Well later that afternoon I go into to his bedroom to check on him and he is wearing nothing but some red workout shorts.  He has our massive (3lbs) medicine ball and is listening to Mary Poppins' Spoon Full of Sugar while "working out"!  I about died!  

So if you are needing a new song to workout to... Spoon Full of Sugar! :) 

I am going to make sure I remember this when he is older! 

See Ya, Prince

Maggie rode her bike yesterday and loved it.  She did pretty good.  She still gets stuck some... it's hard when there are breaks on the pedals.  She is doing better than Hunter did at first.  She will get it! :)  They funny part is what she kept yelling.  For those of you who don't remember, this is her "Sleeping Beauty Bike" and she loves princesses.  Well she kept yelling, "See ya, Prince!"  So funny!!!  Where does she come up with this stuff?!? Stinker! :) Love her!

Insta-Friday

Hooray for Friday!!  

It's been a week of weeks... here's a peek! 

Started our week off with a call to Dr. Wiley.  Yes, I called him 42 times in ONE day.  Yes, I started calling at 8:00 sharp.  Yes, I did not get through until 8:25.  Yes, I got Archer's appointment at 2:45.  Yes, I do believe if I would have called at 9:00, we would not get in to see the doctor until Tuesday.  Crazy!!!!!  

Praise the Lord it was NOT the flu!!!

However we did have to pull out this little guy. :(  Breathing treatments for littlest man... no fun! 

Because I did not want to infect the parent's viewing room at the gym, we had Jennings' Gymnastics class at home. 

Because I needed a break from kids, I took a nice long run on Tuesday.  P.S.  You could tell I NEEDED a run because it was 35 degrees outside.  I normally don't run when it is that cold!!

It is soooo good to see my cheerleaders again.  They are my "big kids" and I'm glad to have them home!   Getting ready for our marathon of basketball games on Wednesday!  

Go Cowgirls!  We WON both games on Thursday!!  Go Cowboys! 

I LOVE these two amazing ladies!  It was Kara's last basketball game to cheer on Thursday.  She is graduating in May.  She has been such a HUGE blessing to me and my family!  We LOVE you, Kara!!!!

Today was the day to finally ride the "sleeping beauty bike" from Santa.  She was so excited! 

Archer has now learned to climb on and ride Hunter's rocking horse.  He's getting to big! Love him so much!

What we did Wednesday :)

Let's make little pizzas! :) 

So last night I was looking on Pinterest and I saw these little pizza and realized we had all the ingredients...  So today we made them! 

All you need are tortillas (I used a circle cookie cutter to make them smaller), pizza sauce, cheese and a muffin pan... ohh and some hungry kids!  (paint brush not needed... we also painted this morning:))

You simply put the tortilla in the muffin tin...

And add a little sauce and then sprinkle the cheese!  

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezey! 

Then you watch a cute boy eat some cheese while the pizzas cook.  

I put them in the oven at 375 for just a few minutes to let the cheese melt.  

Yum!!! 

It was a fun little treat!  Honestly I think the kids like making then more than eating them.  I think I will add a little oregano to the cheese next time.

I'm super late in posting our Insta-Friday...  We have had a really great week and weekend!  Here is a peek into our week...

Back to the gym!  Maggie loves gymnastics day!  I was glad to be back on a schedule. 

Littlest boy down for a nap... time to play princess memory with my princess!  

(Hunter was at Coach and Honey's house for an extra 2 days.)

I really tried to enjoy Christmas and take a little break from running.  Don't get me wrong I still ran at lease 2 times a week... it was a nice break but now it's time to get back to running! It's a love/hate thing. :)

If you eat a good dinner at the Jennings' house, you get a Bomb Pop... and yes Archer can say "Bomb Pop"! 

So I didn't have a picture from Thursday, but I found this really cute one!!!  We love Hadley and Cameron!!!  Thank you so much for keeping 3 crazy kids so we could go watch Dancing with the Abilene Stars!  Love Love Love my amazing cheerleaders!!! 

Friday night was camp out night!  They slept in the teepee ALL NIGHT! 

Friday evening's running temp was 65... Saturday's afternoon running temp 45!!!  I looked at the high for today (Sunday) and decided I would NOT be running.  It was 35 in case you wanted to know... READY. FOR. SPRING!!!!

These 2 played TOGETHER all day Saturday!  I LOVED it!  So sweet! 

I was in a crafty mood on Saturday... 

and finished this one today.  I love painting things! 

2 of my favorite guys about to watch the Texans game... so sad their season is over.  Next year... we're going to the Super Bowl!  Go Texans!!

What did you do this weekend?  Well went to the...

Hunter LOVED it!  We had such a great time with my Dad!  So fun!  I remember going to this show when I was little.  My Dad took me to lots of hunting shows and this one was always the best!  I remember going once with my Daddy and his friend Ricky and his daughter Natalie.  Natalie and I had a great time.  I remember we got these bags to but brochures and stuff in.  Well... let's just say Natalie and I took it ALL home!  I think we got something from each booth.  lol :)  

I don't know who was more excited... Hunter, Ben or my Daddy?? lol :)  

Hunter got to see soooo many amazing animals! 

I don't know about you, but if I saw a buck like this I would defiantly shoot him!!!  Yikes! 

Hunter really liked this mount!  It reminds me of a time when I went to the deer lease with my Daddy and my friend Justin.  We were in elementary school and were riding in the back of the pickup.  We were supposed to be quiet but his buck jumped over a tall fence right by us and Justin yell, "It's good!"  lol! He got in so much trouble for being loud.  :)  So many good memories from the deer lease.  

Hunter had fun going up into the deer stands! :)

Do any of you ever watch Top Shot on the history channel?  Well it's a favorite in our house.  (New season is coming out in March)  Well look who we met at the show?

Colby!  The host of Top Shot!  He was really nice.  His family has a ranch just south of Abilene where they do shooting like on Top Shot.  In fact a lot of the challenges that you see on the show are first done on his family's ranch and then transferred to LA for the show.  Pretty cool!  Hunter was super excited!  This is about the only show we actually let him watch. :)
